Serbian Supremacy: Ub Huishan NE Claims Victory

Ub Huishan NE from Serbia successfully defended their title at the FIBA 3x3 World Tour Jeddah Final Masters 2023, defeating Amsterdam HiPRO 21-15. The Serbian team remained unbeaten throughout the tournament, showcasing their prowess by overcoming tough competitors such as Lausanne Sport LS and Antwerp TOPdesk in the knockout stages. The final was a rematch against Amsterdam, led by Worthy De Jong. However, the Serbians, driven by Strahinja Stojacic—who scored early and was pivotal throughout the game—managed to maintain their lead.

Contributions from Nenad Nerandžić and Marko Brankovic solidified their advantage, despite a late rally from Amsterdam. Dejan Majstorovic clinched the victory with a decisive two-pointer. Stojacic, with a total of 32 points in the tournament and a Player Value of 38.3, was named MVP of the event.
