Most prominent event in 3X3
The FIBA 3X3 World Tour 2022 was the 11th edition of the most prominent event in 3X3 basketball. The FIBA 3X3 World Tour is an international series of basketball tournaments for 3X3 teams representing cities. The event has been organized by FIBA since 2012.
The World Tour consists of a varying number of tournaments. During these tournaments, the teams can score points in order to qualify for the final.
The 11th edition made his start in Utsunomiya, Japan on May 14-15 and concluded with the Abu Dhabi Final on December 10-11. During this final in Abu Dhabi, Ub Huishan NE from Serbia defeated Vienna from Austria. It was a close game that ended 21-18. It is the first World Tour title for the Serbian squad. 3X3 Street Slammer
During this tournament Schelde Sports provided two different types of
3X3 basketball backstop units.
The 3X3 Street Slammer was used as practicing backstop unit for all teams.
The 3X3 Street Slammer is very easy to set up, store and transport. The backstop contains a gas spring system to lift and lower the backboard. It also has two stamps at the front side for stability and rim height adjustment.

SAM 3X3
The SAM 3X3 was the official backstop during the FIBA 3X3 World Tour.
The SAM 3X3 is the official backstop for FIBA 3X3 World Tour and FIBA 3X3 World Cup. This backstop has a spring assisted mechanism and can be moved and positioned by one person using the APF system. The SAM 3X3 is completely freestanding thanks to integrated extra counter-weights.
