This year we delivered a total of 35 backstops for all game and practice venues for both 5v5 and 3x3 basketball during the Olympic Games. Together with our dedicated technicians and our trusted local partners we managed to ensure that the backstops were not only up to Olympic standards but could also withstand the intensity of this high-level competition. From fast-paced 3x3 games to thrilling 5v5 games, our backstops stood as a reliable foundation for unforgettable moments during the Olympic Games.
We are very proud to see our backstops be part of so many iconic moments of sports history. But the story doesn’t end there. We are even happier to inform you that all of our 35 backstops have found a new home in sports halls and arenas all around the globe!

A Year to Remember!
What a year it has been for the FIBA World Tour 2024! With 17 events in 13 countries across 3 continents, all leading to an exciting final in Hong Kong, this season was full of unforgettable moments. Every event had its own special and amazing venue, with our SAM 3X3 backstop proudly at the center of each competition. Check out the amazing photos!

The Final Weekend in Hong Kong: The Big Final
After a year of tough games and an intense 3x3 competition, the final weekend of the WT2024 arrived in Hong Kong, bringing everything together for an unforgettable conclusion. The excitement reached its peak on Sunday with a thrilling final game that determined the champion. In a rematch of the Olympic Games final, Team Paris (FRA) faced Team Amsterdam (NED) once again! The two teams had already played an exciting final in Paris earlier in the year, and now they were back for another showdown!

The game started with Team Paris leading 20-16, and it looked like they were going to win the 2024 title. But in the final moments, Team Amsterdam made a stunning comeback. They hit a couple of key 2-pointers and, with only seconds left, scored a buzzer-beating shot to win the game! It was a great ending to an unforgettable year.
